This was my first experience in selling a home. Originally, we had contacted several agents to ask if they would just come and walk around the property and tell us what we should try to do to make it eligible for sale, without the promise of a listing. Blair was the only one to offer to come. He immediately made us feel comfortable, and offered suggestions as to what we might do to make the house "sell ready". He did not pressure us, and was very kind and thoughtful to us during the interim between our original meeting and our listing date which was nearly a year. Once we had our listing done, he was very attentive and kept me up to date with every detail concerning showings, offers, etc. He was always ready to answer questions and made me feel important. When we did sell the house, Blair was extremely knowledgeable about the total process and very thorough in helping us complete the sale. We were impressed by his demeanor, and his personal attitude towards us throughout the entire association. We would recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor, for either the purchase or sale of a home, without reservation.

After looking at many homes, we came across Blair on Zillow by accident. He was never pushy, but always got back to us quickly and helped us to see as many houses as we needed. He was knowledgeable about all the homes and brought a lot of issues to our attention. Once we found a home, Blair helped us to make a fair offer and fought for every penny for us. He was extremely personable and a wonderful person to talk to through the home buying process. Blair has great contacts and made wonderful recommendations for things like home inspections, insurance, and even a mortgage company. We would recommend Blair as an agent 100% of the time. He exceeded our expectations in every aspect of the process, and made it relatively simple for us. We will definitely use Blair when if we ever plan on selling!
