ZillowVERIFIED We are first-time home-owners and Blair has been a blessing throughout all this process!Blair has been our agent for 9 months ( 7 months of house search plus 2 months from the offer to the closing date).We visited dozens of houses, and his decades of experience in the Pittsburgh market have been extremely helpful. For instance, in a couple of cases he'd call me about a house I wanted to check out and explained some characteristics/details of the property which he was aware of just because he visited the house (either recently or the previous time that the property was sold). Other times he'd describe quirks of the area/neighborhood/city which I would not be aware of otherwise. It was very comfortable to visit places with him, since when I'd mention things of the property I liked/didn't like, most times he'd be able to tell me if it would be a small/big investment to change them or even possible at all. He also was very available and flexible to our time schedule.After we made an offer, I have felt very at ease. Blair was honest and available at every step in the process, and would answer any question I had no matter what time it was (weekends and even holidays). When I first contacted him, I went through Zillow, which sent him an email. I also contacted other agents at the same time, also through Zillow. 2 hours later (I was expected it to be a few days), Blair was the first to call and apologized for being late to contact me--and this was on a weekend, by the way!Regarding expertise, Blair is top-notch. Even when we were looking at homes, Blair spotted potential problems in the properties as he has had experience in contracting, and not once did he pressure us into buying anything.
