Absolutely the best experience possible in every way. Larissa took care of everything. Went above and beyond. Experienced professional. Constantly went out of her way to help with permits and co's.

Larissa was the most attentive, caring and helpful agent! She answered every single silly question we had as first time home buyers. She worked endlessly to get us to every house we wanted to see, and we found the perfect one, Larissa keeping us calm throughout. Once we found our home she supported us through the entire process, never leaving us hanging or confused. We cant recommend Larissa enough when buying or selling a home.

We had the pleasure of working with Pam to sell our home in Beaufort, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Pam has extensive knowledge of the Beaufort and Bluffton market and deep expertise in the home-selling process. As a military family using a VA home loan and first-time home sellers, we needed someone knowledgeable, patient, and experienced, and Pam exceeded every expectation. She genuinely cared about our family and what was important to us. She thoughtfully advocated for us throughout negotiations and helped ensure that cherished, sentimental items remained with our family, giving us confidence and peace of mind during the sale. Additionally, her interior design background was invaluable when preparing and staging our home, helping it show at its very best. Throughout the process, Pam was incredibly responsive, communicative, and always available to answer our many questions. She thoroughly explained each step, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. If you're looking for a realtor in the Beaufort/Bluffton area, we highly recommend Pam. Her professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for her clients set her apart. We would absolutely choose to work with Pam again in a heartbeat!
