ZillowVERIFIED Larissa was the most attentive, caring and helpful agent! She answered every single silly question we had as first time home buyers. She worked endlessly to get us to every house we wanted to see, and we found the perfect one, Larissa keeping us calm throughout. Once we found our home she supported us through the entire process, never leaving us hanging or confused. We cant recommend Larissa enough when buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Larissa, hands down, is the most qualified, knowledgeable, and passionate realtor I have ever worked with. We have had her as our realtor for the past 10 years and I will continue to use her for all our needs. We also recommended her to any friends who are looking for a realtor because I know she will treat them the best and will do everything she can do to make things easier for them.

ZillowVERIFIED In 2022, we moved back to NJ after living in the Pacific Northwest for almost 20 years. We began our house search from long distance via online sources and family referrals. Larissa really stood out from the previous 3 realtors that we very briefly worked with. She was responsive, professional and an overall really nice person. The housing market at that time was crazy. Houses were selling at record speed, usually well over asking price. Timing to get a bid in or just to view the property was critical and Larissa was very responsive on getting all information and documentation needed on a timely basis. Also, our requirements for the home we wanted was hard to find in that market. But Larissa was patient and worked with us through the scarce inventory. She was genuinely concerned that we not just find aEURoeaaEUR? house, but aEURoetheaEUR? house that was right for us. We never felt pressured into buying a home that wasnt suitable for us. She was very knowledgeable about the processes involved with real estate and looked out for our best interests by suggesting options to ensure our risks were limited. She was very attentive to our needs and continued to help in every way she could throughout the entire process. She even attended our closing to ensure everything went smoothly. With her help, we finally found our aEURoe perfectaEUR? house and we are very thankful for all her services. We would highly recommend her for any real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED From the moment Larissa walked through our door, she became part of our family for life! Her warm, confident and reassuring demeanor made us feel comfortable that she was very capable of representing us in the sale of our home. Larissa was our partner for sure. She answered all our questions and concerns and provided sound advice. During the open house (we only needed one) she made sure it was organized and everyone wore their protective gear to keep our house safe and clean. If it wasnt for Larissa and her team, we wouldnt have sold our house within days! Shes the best!!

ZillowVERIFIED In December 2021 we sold our home and purchased a home through Larissa Colangelo.Larissa was amazing in marketing my home to sell in 2015. In 2015 Larissa also spent many hours visiting homes for me to buy, as well as exploring the option to build and eventually helping me find a place to rent. Less than a year later, Larissa helped me find a home to purchase and now over 6 years later in 2021, Larissa sold our home and helped us purchase another home. Larissa is a hard worker, dedicated, faithful, and honest. Larissa responds right away to email, text and phone calls. She is never too busy for her clients. Larissa even went out of her way to offer to meet with our sellers to help them understand documents and on another occasion she even offered to obtain documents from them to deliver to the appropriate party. Larissa is extremely knowledgeable. She understands the market, leading us in the proper listing amount for our home and the proper offer to make on the home we were buying. Larissa gives sound advice in all areas of buying and selling. She is patient and listens to our needs and communicates with us through every step of the buying and selling process, explaining things clearly and in detail.Larissa is not only pleasant, kind, thoughtful and patient, but she is also helpful, flexible and easy to work with. Larissa always arranged her schedule around the scheduled inspections we made.Larissa worked behind the scenes without us even knowing! She reached out and followed up in areas she didnt have to, but did because she cares to ensure her clients are taken care of and that they have a smooth closing.Larissa is constantly active. She continues to work with us even after closing in all areas of the house we need help with, including referrals and recommendations.Larissa is proactive and so encouraging. Always joyful, gentle and peaceful. Larissa is such a blessing! We recommend Larissa to everyone we know selling or buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers, we couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Larissa! With a lack of inventory on the market and a surplus of buyers, she was still able to find us our dream home and was cruicial in securing it. Her knowledge, advice, strategy and patience made the experience as simple and stress-free as possible. She was always there to answer our questions and provide valuable insights about the ENTIRE home-buying process, not just the specific parts she was involved with. This was a game-changer as first-time home buyers trying to navigate a competitive and unprecedented market. It is safe to say that we cannot imagine buying a house without Larissa and we will not hesitate to recommend her to any one trying to do the same!

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience w Larissa was so relaxed and not intimidating. We had 2 offers the first week and actually got our asking price and sold with in 4 weeks. She priced our home realistically. She has amazing marketing skills and an understanding of clients needs. She is extremely easy to be with, friendly and, no doubt, sincere. She's the kind of person you'd want as a neighbor. She's a wonderful human being. I highly recommend her. You won't be sorry.

ZillowVERIFIED Larissa was more involved with my buying process than any agent I have ever dealt with. In fact at our closing the seller asked for her information because she was so on top of things and his century 21 agents weren't and he wanted to recommend her to his friends. She is professional and always on time a big plus. I would only use her for any and all future real estate needs

ZillowVERIFIED I reached out to the Howell Remax office and was connected with Larissa immediately. We were relocating from Massachusetts and had already done some research on the area inlcuding schools that we were interested in. Larissa kept in constant contact with us, and was flexible with ensuring that we saw homes based on our schedule. She cleared many of her days to ensure that we had all of her attention and only showed us homes that she knew would meet our needs. No time was wasted. Each home that we saw included our children, and never once did we feel that they were unwanted. Through our accepted offer, inspections and closing, Larissa remained engaged with us and ensured that any question that we had were answered. We would highly recommend Larissa for the purchasing, or selling, of your home.

ZillowVERIFIED Larissa is knowledgeable, professional and courteous .If she doesn't know the answer to a question, she says she will get back to you, and she does. But what I like most about her is that she is genuine. She is not looking to " sell" the house, she just keeps quite and lets the house sell itself (or not). You never get the feeling you are being rushed into a purchase. Larissa is a textbook example of what a realtor should be.

ZillowVERIFIED Larrissa made the buying and selling of our homes like a walk thru the park. Larissa was even in my home for inspection I could not make it. If you want a Real Estate agent that does it all, Larissia is the one for you. The other realtor that was involved with the purchase of the home kept dropping the ball, however Larissa was always there to pick up his slacking attitude. By the way Larissa sold my home in 30 days...Wishing you all the best in your venture.....

ZillowVERIFIED Larissa helped us find our first home and was our rock throughout the entire process. Being first-time home buyers, I'm sure our expectations weren't always realistic and our questions must have been daunting, but Larissa was never anything but positive, reassuring, and supportive. She always answered our questions in a timely manner, kept us updated with information throughout the negotiation, attorney review and closing periods. The best part of all was that Larissa clearly enjoyed her job for all the right reasons. I should also mention that Larissa always worked with our schedule - in fact, she probably did this a little too much. She was always willing to help us over the weekend and even had a colleague cover one of her open houses so she could go out with us. Lastly, and most importantly, she always put up with me and never appeared to be anything other than patient and accomodating to our requests. Thank you so much Larissa. You helped us find our first home and we couldnt be happier. Whether you like or not, you're now cemented into our memories.

ZillowVERIFIED Simply the BESTLarissa did an outstanding job not only selling our home but finding us a new one. Our home was previously with a different Real Estate and Agent that first deal fell through. Then we were introduced to Larissa, and signed with her. She sold our home within the first two weeks after signing with her, that deal fell through due to the buyer issues and three weeks later she sold the house again. She then found the right listing with the price that work best for us for our new home. She understood our needs and showed us homes that were within our price range and had everything we were looking for. When it came time to negotiations she was persistant! Any issues small or large with either selling or buying Larissa was on top of it. She managed every aspect of both the sale and buy with calmness and worked through every detail with professionalism.I would recommend Larissa Colangelo to anyone buying or selling a home in NJ and would never look to anyone else and trust me I had started out with a different Real Estate which was the worst thing I could have done wasted over 6 months.. TERRIBLELarissa has become a great friend who we consider a part of our family.Anthony and Laura ( Freehold to Jackson NJ)

ZillowVERIFIED I had a unique home to sell that I knew was not going to be easy and was going to require a special buyer. I expected my home to be on the market for a year before ever getting an offer. Boy was I wrong, from the time I signed the listing agreement until the time I moved out was less than 7 months. That's a great time in this crazy market, but add the fact that it was a tiny cape on 6 acres where you had to bend down in most of the space upstairs, that was UNBELIEVABLE! Additionally, as we shopped for new homes for me, unlike many other agents, Larissa only showed me homes in my price range that met my criteria. She was able to level set my expectations because of course I wanted far more than I could afford and before we ever set out to see a home we agreed on the needs vs. the wants. I absolutely love love love my new home and love love love Larissa!

ZillowVERIFIED The best way to describe a realtor is efficient. You want them to get the job done quickly, and get as much money as they can for your house, and get the new one for as little as possible. I hired Larissa to sell my home two years ago when I moved out of the area, and the house was sold quickly in a poor market. Coming back, it was a great time to buy. She negotiated a good price, but got us many extras thrown in by the buyer, and handled some tricky situations for us as well. I strongly recommend her. She is a pleasure to work with, and very professional and efficient!

ZillowVERIFIED As soon as Larissa walked in the door we knew she was the realtor we wanted. We interviewed several others. We listened to her constructive suggestions, staged our home accordingly and were able to sell quickly in a tough real estate market. Larissa was never critical or hurtful while suggesting changes we should make. She was very accommodating and did alot of OUR leg work herself. She gave our home so much exposure and prepared such an impressive brochure. We still remain friends and when we bought our home in N. Myrtle Beach, Larissa and her husband were our first New Jesrey visitors!

ZillowVERIFIED Larissa was our agent when we relocated from NYC to Jackson NJ. She was phenomenal! She had unending patience with us, sometimes spending an entire weekend showing us houses ALL DAY. (Sorry 'bout that Larissa.) In the end, she found us the perfect house and seamlessly took care of all the details of the closing. She is very responsive and cares about her clients. If we ever sell our house, she would be our first and only choice for a real estate agent.
