Mary was professional and took time to explain each step of the process from getting the house listed to the closing. She was kind and friendly as well as very professional.

Mary presented him with my price & he kept coming up with excuses to delay the process, which he never had the money to invest to start with. So we went through the eviction process, succeeded & Mary took care of all the expenses required to prep the house for the sale to be refunded to her upon the sale of the house. She actually found a buyer without even having to list the house at a very agreeable price for me. Mary went way above board in making the sale of my house happen without me even returning to MI. I highly recommend her expertise as a Realtor.
