Review I had contacted Mary because a friend highly recommended her. It was a very bizarre situation. I had moved to Hawaii & the person living in my MI house had refused to move out wanting to buy it. Mary presented him with my price & he kept coming up with excuses to delay the process, which he never had the money to invest to start with. So we went through the eviction process, succeeded & Mary took care of all the expenses required to prep the house for the sale to be refunded to her upon the sale of the house. She actually found a buyer without even having to list the house at a very agreeable price for me. Mary went way above board in making the sale of my house happen without me even returning to MI. I highly recommend her expertise as a Realtor.

Review Mary was super! She helped us sell both our homes within 2 days and also worked with us on purchasing our new condo that we share. She coordinated all the closings so things went smoothly. I had some health issues which made it impossible for me to attend the closings for either the sale or the purchase. Mary was instrumental in helping my son get a power of attorney for only this purpose. I would recommend Mary to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Mary was a trooper through that with setting up showing after showing after showing. She was GREAT! I finally gave up considering I looked at so many houses and found nothing. Just recently I found a house that seemed perfect. I contacted Mary in hopes of working with her again. It worked! Mary was very upfront about what she thought would work for me and what she thought wouldn't. I trusted her. After all shes got 23 years experience, right?
