The property which I ended up purchasing with him was a HUD owned foreclosed condo. Was really helpful throughout the closing process. Also worked with the condo association to fix damage in the property with insurance. The fixes also where a real improvement to the condo overall.

Robert worked with my mother a few years back to help her short sale her home during a hard time in her life and she was so pleased that we asked him to be our realtor during our most recent home purchase! We had a budget range where homes were selling fast and we were resigned to giving up some of our hopes for a home in terms of space because we had particular needs. However, after only a handful of homes, we came to a home in one of the towns we were hoping for that met ALL of our needs and gave us even MORE! Throughout the process, Robert advocated for the things we needed and our concerns given the reasons for my mother's previous short sale. This home has plenty of space for our family to grow into and I am so pleased with his thoroughness, his advocacy for us as clients, and making the process as easy as possible every step of the way.
