ZillowVERIFIED The property which I ended up purchasing with him was a HUD owned foreclosed condo. Was really helpful throughout the closing process. Also worked with the condo association to fix damage in the property with insurance. The fixes also where a real improvement to the condo overall.

ZillowVERIFIED Robert worked with my mother a few years back to help her short sale her home during a hard time in her life and she was so pleased that we asked him to be our realtor during our most recent home purchase! We had a budget range where homes were selling fast and we were resigned to giving up some of our hopes for a home in terms of space because we had particular needs. However, after only a handful of homes, we came to a home in one of the towns we were hoping for that met ALL of our needs and gave us even MORE! Throughout the process, Robert advocated for the things we needed and our concerns given the reasons for my mother's previous short sale. This home has plenty of space for our family to grow into and I am so pleased with his thoroughness, his advocacy for us as clients, and making the process as easy as possible every step of the way.

He was patient when he needed to be, fully understanding how important of a decision this was for me. However, when it came to negotiations, he stuck his heels in and got me the best and most fair offer I knew I deserved. He appears to have an unlimited Rolodex of connections for any resources that may be required in the home-buying process - making it far easier on my end, reducing the amount of research I had to do. With near immediate responses, I felt he was always at my disposal. Even though I knew I wasnt his only client at the time, he certainly made me feel like I was. I couldnt recommend Robert enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Bob was professional, diligent and very patient as we searched for a home in a very tight market. Our first real estate agent had long ago stopped sending listings. Bob stuck with us and understood our particular needs and never once pressured us to buy. In fact, when we were ready to put a down payment on a home that was not quite right, I received another listing from Bob that day that looked intriguing. Bob set up a walk through the next morning and that is the house we ended up buying. We could not be happier. Bob is also very knowledgeable of many neighborhoods throughout Rhode Island which we learned as we had expanded our search area a number of times. He has a good eye for identifying good and bad qualities of a home and was always honest in his evaluations--which to me gave me a level of trust that was very important. ZillowVERIFIED I found Robert through Zillow using the top rated realtors. He did a great job from start to finish. Every house we looked at he did his homework prior to the showing. He always had enough knowledge on questions I had about that particular house or would get the answer right away. Robert was also very knowledgeable about pricing and what a fair offer would be but would only recommend, allowing you to make the choice. If he tells you it's a good deal trust him he won't stear you wrong. If I was buying or selling again I would definitly use Robert again.
