Barry was recommended to facilitate the sale of my father's property as part of the estate. Following a home inspection, the house as we expected required some improvements prior to being listed. Barry was nothing short of amazing in help arranging the logistics. We initially tried to coordinate this ourselves as we felt it was outside the scope of what would be considered reasonable. After comparing multiple quotes against what Barry could arrange, it was apparent he also has a vast network of professionals at a very competitive price. Not only was the work he arranged done on-time, but it was also of extremely high quality. The one weekend I flew down to visit, Barry visited multiple times in-between showings to make sure the work was progressing to his standard. I know this review speaks more to skills beyond his real estate services, but it was such a help being out of state.
