ZillowVERIFIED Barry Diamond sold my Home before we even listed it. It was a Fast and Smooth Sale. The first day I met Barry when he came to see my home, he said aEURoeBefore I see your Beautiful Home lets sit and talk about what you want and your feelings about selling your home. That showed me he cared about my feelings and I knew that this was the right Realtor to sell my home. He was very Sincere, Honest and very Supportive throughout the sell of my Home. He gave his expertise advise and recommendations on who could make repairs on my home to get everything done. I was so impressed with Barry Diamond that I recommended Barry to my Friend and he sold her home in 1 week and found her a new home too. I'm Grateful to have found Barry and to have him as my Realtor and now I have his Friendship too. I will highly recommend him to all my Families, Friends and anyone who needs a Great Realtor. He gets the job done.

ZillowVERIFIED Great job Barry! This was my first experience selling a home and Barry was wonderful to work with. ZillowVERIFIED How often do you get just what you were hoping for? I did, because Barry Diamond was my agent! My Prunedale home had some challenges, but a lot of positives, too, like beautiful gardens and location. I needed someone with the resources, and professional insight, to get it ready for sale. Barry was right there all the time it took, and very patient, too. The day it was finally listed, I was nervous. But just three days later, I had multiple offers, and accepted one for my wish- quick close, cash and way over listing price! Amazing.I am VERY happy I went with Barry, you cant argue with big success!

ZillowVERIFIED Barry is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced agent based on the the north side of Monterey County. I am very happy with Zillow suggesting him to me, because he has just a ton of knowledge and inspiration to share about both selling and buying throughout the county. In fact, we ended up finding me a house south of Salinas in the highway 68 corridor. Barry correctly convinced me I could afford the house of my dreams, but did so in a relaxed, laid back way that I think will work for others as well. If ever I was to sell my house, I would definitely use Barry.Barry would be a great fit for folks moving down to the Monterey-Salinas are from the SF Bay Area, as he made the time for multiple back to back house-shopping weekends to find the place that worked well for my extremely specific and picky needs. He truly let me drive and put my wants, needs and constraints first. Most of all, Barrys real world knowledge regarding home repairs and upgrades has been a spectacular help to me in making it easy to make my new house my own and address a number of small upgrades in a cost effective and smart manner. Thanks, Barry!

ZillowVERIFIED Barry was awesome. He helped us sell my father's house from 3 states away. He coordinated all necessary services in order to close the house. Additionally when offers came in that were risky or too low, he recommended not accepting. He got us the price we wanted and needed.

ZillowVERIFIED I needed an agent to take charge of getting my father's house into shape and getting it sold. Barry absolutely went beyond my expectations and managed the entire process. His network of contacts and local knowledge were critical in getting the best bids and the work done right and on time. Barry took ownership of the process and with his team kept me apprised of the project. When it was time to list the house, Barry marketed it aggressively and was wonderful to collaborate with on negotiating the final deal. I highly recommend him to sell your home.

ZillowVERIFIED Barry was recommended to facilitate the sale of my father's property as part of the estate. Following a home inspection, the house as we expected required some improvements prior to being listed. Barry was nothing short of amazing in help arranging the logistics. We initially tried to coordinate this ourselves as we felt it was outside the scope of what would be considered reasonable. After comparing multiple quotes against what Barry could arrange, it was apparent he also has a vast network of professionals at a very competitive price. Not only was the work he arranged done on-time, but it was also of extremely high quality. The one weekend I flew down to visit, Barry visited multiple times in-between showings to make sure the work was progressing to his standard. I know this review speaks more to skills beyond his real estate services, but it was such a help being out of state. This standard of excellence was equally apparent and reflective of his support listing and selling the property.I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Barry and glad he elected to represent the sale of our property. His help, service, and professionalism was unparalleled.Thank You Barry!

ZillowVERIFIED I don't believe you will find a real estate agent with better professional and interpersonal skills than Barry Diamond. From the moment we met Barry it was easy to discern that he knows his business. We observed Barry both helping buyers review a property and we felt safe and comfortable as he marketed and showed our home. Barry is calm, reflective, knowledgeable and fun to be around. He attends to details for his clients that others may dismiss. We are very grateful to Barry and the fantastic return he delivered on our property. Hire him!

ZillowVERIFIED Barry, was a pleasure to work with. Barry was very responsive to my questions and he was very knowledgeable in our unique situation. We sold an investment property with tenants living on the property while the home was on the market. Although there was a lot of hoops to jump Barry made it seem very routine. He took a lot of the stress away by from the situation by being responsible and very diligent in his work!Thank You Barry!

ZillowVERIFIED Barry was the consummate Professional at all times in the listing and selling of our home in Prunedale. One couldn't ask for a more responsive and caring individual to represent us in every aspect of the sale process. His attention to detail, including following through where the buyer's agent 'dropped the ball', was exemplary.
