Silvina went above and beyond in selling my brothers condo. She made a difficult situation so much easier with her understanding of the probate process. Early on I could tell she cared about the home as much as we did. The cozy staging, the outdoor cleanup and the attention to detail in the photographs that were chosen for her brochure and online listings made the condo look great. Silvina kept us updated, answered all of our questions (we had a LOT!), dealt with the town inspections (and made sure we passed!) and handled unexpected situations like a professional. There were a lot of surprises. For one, a few bees kept showing up outside the condo every day. They eventually got in. Silvina sent over her husband Bill who took care of the situation by repairing light fixture issues which allowed them to enter. He even vacuumed them up and fixed the problem for good. That certainly wasnt something I expected from a real estate team! That's how they worked throughout the sale. When something needed attention, they just stepped in and took care of the issues. We never felt like we were on our own. To sum it up - Silvina is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and someone who puts real thought, care and heart into what she does. Were so glad we chose her. Look no further for someone who will work hard to get the job done for you!
