ZillowVERIFIED Kristin Graves and Julie Cleary have been outstanding agents from the beginning of the entire home selling process, to the very end. As with any home sales, there were glitches along the way and if I ever felt overwhelmed they were right there with options and solutions. They held as many open houses as we felt needed at each point in time; had in depth knowledge of the area (Ramsey Golf & Country Club in particular), and they followed up with all potential buyers. My house took longer to sell (for a variety of reasons) than either I or Julie and Kristin imagined, but never once did I feel like they were giving up, nor did I ever consider switching agency. When we finally got an offer they were on top of all the details, counseling me and in close contact with my attorney. At that time, Kristin helped me find somewhere to move to, bearing in mind all of the criteria on my wish list. We searched high and low without so much success but Kristin remained encouraging and several times said "we'll get this done". And so she did, I found a place with almost ALL of what I was looking for and now that I live here I feel very lucky that we did find it!!! By the time Kristin and Julie had done their jobs we were like family :) I highly recommend them to anyone, but especially to anyone with a tough sell. I hope to remain in touch with them always!
