Kristin is great! Shes helped us with two investment properties (2024), buying and selling our personal homes (2025 & 2026). She is very knowledgeable of the area. Shes honest. Shes hardworking and willing to go all out for her clients.

Kristin is amazing! Truly made selling our home a breeze! She is knowledgeable, dependable, and so easy to work with! We had some hiccups along the way, and she made everything stress-free for us! We couldnt recommend her more to anyone looking to buy or sell! Such a light to work with!

Kristin did an outstanding job helping us find a property that checked the many boxes my husband and I had for our final dream home and location for retirement! She didn't even blink, finding us another property to replace the one that we lost to another bid. She showed us homes across counties and various cities in center area of NC. We looked up and down along I-77. She got the septic permits, maps, tax info, and all the build details for us to review. My husband is very particular. She helped to arrange the home inspection, pest inspection & treatment, water testing, and when there was a hiccup with the AC/Heat pump she stood behind the inspection and had someone out immediately to take care of the issues. She is a trusted professional who values her reputation in the community and providing quality services to those looking to join the community. She knew what activities went on in the various areas, traffic patterns, crime, schools, etc. I strongly encourage you to contact Kristin if you're looking for any property in NC from east or west of Lake Norman. She was a strong negotiator for us. She is familiar with the VA loan process and others as well. Also, final note, we took her advice and moved forward with her SIL Katie Hildebrand for transparent mortgage services through Movement mortgage.

Kristin is not your normal Real Estate Agent. She has super powers that I cant make sense of. One of her best attributes was how personal she made the whole experience. There were multiple times where we needed something and she was on top of it. She became a friend to our family and I hope that relationship continues.

Kristin did amazing Job helping us buy our 1st home!!!! She worked hard and listened to our needs and wants and made it happen for us. I would recommend Kristin a 1000%!!!!!
