She was able to show us any house in the area. We closed on Feb 3. Fawn provided us with all contacts and services we needed for loan, inspections ect. She made it so easy and she has such a welcoming personality and got to know us and exactly what we wanted. I would highly, and will recommend Fawn to anyone. We first became familiar with Fawn based on her stellar realtor/seller rating while we looked for a realtor online. We were somewhat unique in the fact that we had very specific criteria with what we were looking for. We already had a great house that we loved, and were living in, but were looking an older home with some historic charm and more square footage. Fawn was gracious enough to show us several different houses in the historic district that met our specs. She was more than patient with us. Fawn was always just a phone call or text away, answering all the questions we had for her, and then some. We were a little indecisive on putting an initial offer in on the house we liked, and not once did Fawn pressure us or push us. She was there many times to help us talk through things. Once we finally put an offer in, it was a bit stressful for us since our offer was contingent on the sale of our current home. Fawn was there for every step, giving her input on all the seemingly overwhelming things that were going on. She made it so easy. She gave us all the tips we needed to prepare our house to go on the market. It was seamless. And within nine days of putting our house on the market, she had two offers for us! We truly couldnt have asked for a better realtor. Fawn had a ton of knowledge, which she shared freely, and through the process became like a friend to us.
