We couldnt be happier with our experience. In a challenging market, Janna sold our home for close to full price in an all cash deal in less than a week. Her contacts and hustle are priceless! From the start, she was professional, responsive, and clear about every step of the process. Her pricing strategy and marketing plan brought in serious buyers right away. She advocated for us at every turn and kept everything on track through closing, we would hire Janna again in a heartbeat.

Janna was truly outstanding. First of all, we needed to do a lot of work to get my property ready to sell, and she had excellent resources and contacts and was instrumental in coordinating. If I were on my own, I would have wanted to vet each contractor, check references, get quotes, etc., that would have been time-consuming and nerve-wracking, and her contacts were excellent. Janna did extensive research to understand this particular market, and she stayed in touch with me practically daily with updates. THEN, when we were under contract, and the buyer wanted concessions, Janna (again) had contacts who immediately helped us understand what might be possible and what it might cost. Honestly, I also would have been really pleased with her if she were representing the buyer - just so honest and responsive. I was dreading this process, and Janna made it painless. Janna is one of those professionals whom you can't wait to refer. I would love to help someone by putting them in touch with Janna. I would give her 10 stars if I could.
