It was a pleasure working with Deb throughout the purchase process of my newly closed co-op in Yonkers. As a first time buyer, Deb really broke down the process step by step in a way that helped me to consistently understand the current status of the purchase and next steps. This is especially true for a co-op purchase, which involves many complex steps. Deb really helped simplify things for me. She is also very knowledgeable of the area(s) she services. I'm most impressed by Debs responsiveness. She always responds to texts and emails in a timely manner and always communicates clearly and effectively. I would recommend working with Deb for your next home transaction.

Shaun was amazing and patient through the entire process. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. Whatever I wasn't sure about she explained it to me. She also told me that I was in control and not settle. Shaun made this process very easy. She gave me great referrals.
