We had previously been told by other realtors that there was no realistic way we could compete with all-cash offers, which was honestly discouraging. We actually found Daniel through AI platform where he came highly recommended, and decided to give him a try. This turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. From day one, Daniel brought a level of strategy, confidence to the table. Within just one week, he helped us secure the exact house we wanted, beating out an already existing all-cash offer that we were previously told we had no chance against and should just move on from. Not with Daniel, he will fight for you and "Nothing is done until contracts are signed." We saw Daniel a friend trying to help out another friend. What highlighted it for me when we first met him looking at a house , he would look at the Breaker for instance and see what upgrades would need to be done, he will point out those warped floors and give you his honest take. And thats what I want, somebody who will be honest and point out those house flaws (before you even bring them up) with the possible repairs costs associated with them. He will be honest with you throughout the whole process, and give you his opinion on what a good house is or not. As first time home buyers this is the kind of person we wanted in our corner.
