I had been aware of Mike and Mary's successful reputation in the thirteen years I owned my home, I had chosen realtors based on personal reasons twice before and decided to use business reasons this time. I was impressed with how professional and caring they were when I asked them to list my home. They listened, were very hands on, always available to answer questions, had excellent instincts and exceptional follow through. They found the perfect buyer for my home (who even thanked me for selling him my home) and were by my side the whole time with a difficult seller of my new home. Their follow through extended past closing when the seller had removed the negotiated washer, dryer and refrigerator. By the end of moving day, Mary had spearheaded the negotiations to get these items back in place and hooked up at the previous owner's expense. Mike went out of his way after closing to insure that things in my new home were operational solving the garage door opener challenge.
