We were so satisfied then that this year we called Arthur to help us sell our other house. We are first time sellers so going into it we had a lot of concerns and questions, but Arthur helped us throughout the selling process by providing expectations and walking us through it step by step. He was extremely responsive and helped us feel better throughout each step. Selling a home can be really stressful. Arthur helped ease some of our stress by answering all our questions no matter how many times we asked. He always welcomed more questions as well. Arthur is also very accommodating as he is always willing to explain in both English and Spanish. We cannot say enough great things about Art, but we are thankful that he made this process incredible easy.

When I first sat down with him to discuss selling my house, he was able to ease me in this process with creative solutions for all of my apprehensions. Not only he is a wonderful Real Estate expert, he also referred me to a great loan officer, and contractor, to do a bit of work in my new house. The double transaction was pretty stressful and Art really did an excellent job at guiding me through all the steps, strongly negotiated with both parties, pushed me when I needed to be pushed, cautioned me when something needed special attention. Any question I asked, he either had an answer or found a solution within one day. He has an extended network of experts available for guidance on pretty much any topic, it's amazing. He told me once jokingly that with him it's "full service" and I came to realize that he wasn't lying.Thank you Art for being an efficient, patient, organized, available agent. I have never experience such a rude treatment Two days ago I received a phone message from Arthur regarding the house for rentOn his voice messaged he stated that he will be at the place at 11:00 am that there is no need to call him back. When he called me I was at work and was not able to be there to see the house at 11:00am. There was no alternative but to give him a call back, perhaps make an appointment to see the house in another day or timeI called him back he answered the phone I introduced myself and had asked him if its possible to see the house in another time or day, at his earliest convenience, he proceeded to talk in a most rude, vulgar and angry manner, and said there will be no other time or other day. I was in shocked I could not believe how rude he was, and all I can say was aEURoeOk thank you for your time"I personally feel he has no place interacting with the customer when he lacks the most basic sense of propriety and kindness. , I think that someone should talk to him about polite customer service soon before your business suffers.

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Arthur Alderete from RE/MAX early June 2014 in regards to listing my father-in-laws property in Huntington Beach, CA. After having a family interview with Arthur, we listed with him on 6/20/2014. Art had 5 Open Houses in 3 weeks and although our brother and sister in laws live in Perris, CA, he kept the communication open with many many conference calls so they didn't have to drive out to HB. It didn't matter what time of day or night it was, weekend or not, he worked with around our schedule 100%. He answered every question we had with professionalism and if he didn't have an answer, he was honest and got us an answer within hours! His constant contact with all of us and open communications made all of us feel at ease. He went up and beyond his duties by helping us get our carpets cleaned, great pricing on blinds for the house, an unbelievable quote on getting the inside painted, great price on having a company tear down an office that the new buyer didn't want, going out of his way to pick up runners for the carpet....just up and beyond anyone that we have ever worked with before. The house was sold and we closed in 21 days. Escrow closed on 8/6/2014. We would highly recommend Arthur Alderete for any selling or buying. I know when it's time to sell our condo, we will definitely use Arthur, no questions asked.

ZillowVERIFIED After living in my previous home for ten (10) years I chose to move to Pasadena. I met with Arthur and I explained to him what type of home I wanted. Due to the specific criteria that I gave him. The search was longer than I had hoped for, but Arthur was diligent in his search and his communication was constant...Since the search required him to find us a historic craftsman home we were pleasantly appreciative of the way Arthur was able to negotiate down to the penny for us and were able to acquire the home below fair market value. After ten (10) years of living in the house, we have been able to benefit from its appreciation three times over. More importantly, we are very comfortable and content with our decision to have Arthur represent us in the purchase of our home. I can say that Arthur was very instrumental in locating our home and I would not hesitate to call on him should I ever desire to sell our home.The second experience we had with Arthur's ability to help us is when he was able to sell our income property two years after we previously had it on the market and couldn't get the price we wanted. He recommended that we lease the home out and wait for a more favorable time to sell it. We took his recommendation and profit on an investment property we owned.Lastly, the most recent real estate experience my husband and I have had with Arthur was on a more administrative level. In an effort to take advantage of a refinance we called on him to help us with the entire process of an income property.
