Met Kibby after a poor experience with another agent. She was always very responsive and worked in a timely manner. Took roughly 4 months to find the property that best fit me but she was ready to jump whenever a new property came on the market. I don't know what legal restrictions realitors have when it comes to advice on negotiating but it could have been better dealing with a stubborn seller. Overall great experience and will be recommending given the opportunity.

Kibby did an absolutely stellar job. Have purchased 2 houses with her and will continue to use her in the future. Buying a house without her is doing yourself a disservice.

Not only did we have a tremendous realtor but also gained a wonderful friend.
