Took roughly 4 months to find the property that best fit me but she was ready to jump whenever a new property came on the market. I don't know what legal restrictions realitors have when it comes to advice on negotiating but it could have been better dealing with a stubborn seller. Overall great experience and will be recommending given the opportunity.

She handled the Open Houses as though it were her own house and would add stories and dialogue about the history of the house and improvements and the neighborhood.
