Where do I even begin? Selling my home went from going into contract within a little over a week after being listed to the buyer having issues at the last minute before closing AFTER my things were moved into storage. Jean Nipper is by far the best realtor around. Not only was she our realtor, but a close family friend now. Jean listed our home and within 72 hours, we had an accepted offer.
