Where do I even begin? Selling my home went from going into contract within a little over a week after being listed to the buyer having issues at the last minute before closing AFTER my things were moved into storage. Jean not only had so much patience with the entire ordeal, kept me sane, but closed the deal with another buyer when the first buyer couldn't buy the home. Stressful was an understatement but we got through it together. She truly takes care of her clients throughout the entire process.Fast forward a few months and I find the perfect location to build my new home. She and I both reach out to the listed agent online and get no response. Jean eventually locates the owner and I am almost finished building my dream home. Whether you are buying or selling, you couldn't ask for anyone better than her. She is, honest, straightforward, and will take care of you. I highly recommend her for any real estate needs!

Jean Nipper is by far the best realtor around. Not only was she our realtor, but a close family friend now. Jean listed our home and within 72 hours, we had an accepted offer. We closed within the next 30 days. Jean made selling our home the easiest and smoothest transition. I often recommend Jean to anyone I know who is interested in selling or buying. If we were to ever sell or buy a house again, she would be the one we called. Jean is phenomenal and I would give her more than 5 stars if able.

Jean was a tremendous help to us as first time home buyers. She walked us through each step of the process and was very thorough in her explanation of what to expect. Going through the home buying process for the first time, she was a great asset. Not only that, but when we ran into complications between our offer and acceptance Jean stood her ground and got us the absolute best deal on our house. She is knowledgeable of the market, and has her customers best interest in mind. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Jean went above and beyond to help me find the perfect home for me and my family. Even after closing she sent people over to mow the lawn and continued to assist me with any questions I had as a first time home buyer. I will definitely use her again when I decide to move again and will recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their house.

Completely unprofessional. Jean listed my home for me and was my agent as the seller. She provided very little information or recommendation. The biggest issues is actually getting her to respond to your message or calls. She would either not respond and when she would respond, it would be days or weeks later. I would have to message her or call her multiple time before I was able to make contact. If you ask for any information you either wont get it or get a half done product. I had to keep asking her for my showing reviews as they were never sent. Dont waste your time.

When we started the process of looking for an agent to sell our house, it was extremely overwhelming! Jean was very helpful throughout the selling process and explained the process in great detail so we fully understood what was happening every step of the way. Jeans extensive knowledge of the local area helped us sell our house quickly and easily.
