Rita is absolutely the best. She is prompt, knowledgeable, and gets things done. If you dont know something she definitely will, or shell know the person that does. She is a one stop shop for everything real estate. I truly cant say enough positive things about Rita. You will never find anyone better than her.

Rita has done a great job with the sale of our current home and the purchase of our new home. Her expertise and knowledge of the selling market is outstanding. We would not consider anyone else to hand either purchase or sale of our properties. She is most sincere and straight forward with her clients.

Highly recommended Honest, efficent and very prompt. Knows the market and would hire again. She sold all 5 of my townhome units within 6 months near list price

Rita is simply amazing!! She helped us buy our dream home. Although we were really picky and almost took us a year to find our house, she was so patient with us and not even once rushed us. She always made time for us and genuinely cared about what truly made us happy. I highly recommend Rita and look forward to working with her in future.

Rita is an exceptional Realtor. After contacting her with the prospect of selling my mom's home, the experience was seamless. She displayed the home with awesome pictures and selling points and listed it with a competitive price. From the first tour to the closing date, Rita was always available and responsive to any questions or concerns that arose. She made the selling process PRICELESS!
