On top of it all, shes a wonderful person too.We have worked with Rita through the sale of a home in Chicago located in Little Italy that we had rehabbed and lived in for nearly 20 years, the purchase of two condos at 340 E. Randolph (Unit 3204 and our current unit 401), and the sale of Unit 3204 at 340 E. Randolph. Through these transactions, Rita has distinguished her services with:- Superior market knowledge - both as an expert at 340 East Randolph, as well as the City and suburbs. At 340, she understands the nuances of the location of the unit aEUR" how high, which side of the building as well as how to utilize parking as a bargaining tool. In the Chicagoland market, she is active in all the desirable City neighborhoods as well as the suburbs. We know that this broad knowledge was a factor in our ability to quickly sell our 3204 Unit to a couple who was downsizing from a large home in Elmhurst to locate in the city at 340 East Randolph. - Rita is a deal maker - and has the innate talent to read people and situations, and apply her superior market knowledge to find ways to bring people together. Review Rita is very confident, but not very competent, in my opinion. She overpriced the house which she validated with other realtors after we weren't getting very many showings. We thought she was working more for the buyer than for us. She seemed to be negotiating on the buyers behalf. In the end we realized she was just trying to close the deal, to get her commission and move on. Her recommendations proved to be very costly to us. All in all, we are very dissatisfied in our dealings with Rita and would not recommend her at all. Out of 6 real estate transactions in my lifetime, she ranks on the bottom.

Review Had a previous realtor present a plan to sell my house, but my son-in-law suggested Rita, who was a well-known and respected realtor in the town. She came out and inspected the home, made some suggestions to enhance salability, and showed a brief overview of the success she's had in the area. I was impressed, and decided to go with her as my agent. Within a week of listing, she presented an offer from a pre-qualified buyer that was $15,000 higher than the previous realtor was even going to ask for - and with a short closing date. The inspection brought a couple of items to address, and Rita was able to recommend experienced and reasonably priced tradesmen to get the work done. And she road herd on them to make sure the jobs were done correctly and quickly. I was living about 50-miles away, and Rita took it upon herself to take care of almost every matter that would have otherwise required my presence. Throughout, she kept me apprised of progress on a real-time basis. It was very comforting to know that I was in the hands of someone who was really looking out for my best interests. I would not hesitate to recommend Rita to any seller who is looking for quality, reliability and professionalism.
