We arrived in forida, from New York City, to permanently live here in November 2014. About a year before the actual move I went on line searching for apartments,townhouses.and or conds for my husband and I.Mr.Rich Bryant gave me a call ,when we were still in NY.I explained the details and the reasons for this move. Rich asked a few questions, to qualify us and our needs. He waited, patiently for a good year. Throughout the time, he stayed in touch with us. A week later we arrived. Rich called us to check on the status of our move.Never pushy or aggressive, always listening. I had already looked on line and we needed Rich to help us in and view the condos/townhouses.We couldn't have received better service from Rich and his associate,Bonnie House. Exceptional service,an excellent listener. He always made sure, when faced with ,what seemed to be a crisis, that we wouldn't have to worry about the outcome. We were comfortable with their(his and Bonnie') every move. They made our "short sale" as smooth as he could. We LOVE our townhouse. Rich and his staff are professional yet comfortale to work with. Always returned our calls, often, the same day. Other agents did not even call back. If we had to do it again, we wouldn't change a thing. You owe it to yourselves to call these people!!Your first impression of him is not the"salesman type,can he really do th right/best things for us?"Don't let his innocent,bolike qualities fool you.Whenit is time to take a stand or make a move, he is right there. I often wondered when does this gentleman sleep.They are awesome,honest and know their stuff.good luck..give him a call you'll get things done!!Rose and Richard
