ZillowVERIFIEDI normally dont leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience working with Rick Bryant, especially given his 13 years in the real estate business. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected from a seasoned professional. Communication was inconsistent and often delayed, which made the entire process more stressful than it needed to be. I often had to follow up multiple times to get basic updates. There were also a few occasions where critical information was missed or miscommunicated, causing unnecessary setbacks and confusion. In addition, I didnt feel like my best interests were being prioritized. It felt like Rick was more focused on closing the deal quickly than ensuring I was comfortable and informed throughout the process. For someone with over a decade of experience, I expected a higher level of service, attention to detail, and professionalism. I hope Rick takes this feedback seriously and improves the way he works with future clients. Buying or selling a home is too important to feel like you're navigating it on your own.

He was able to close way before the set schedule aEUR" I cannot recommend Rick highly enough! Rick was patient, highly knowledgeable about our community since he was a past resident (has lived here for many years and lived in several areas of the city), ft Laudaerdale real estate , and the ins-and-outs of buying homes, and was incredibly flexible and accommodating in scheduling viewings. .He was patient with me changing my mind about offers and generous in giving detailed feedback and notes in reading through the various offers (which he has great expertise in reviewing) and contracts, pointing me in a good direction with buyers, helping set realistic expectations throughout the process, and basically guided me through every step of the way. Going through the first home-selling process by myself, I felt tremendously grateful for his guidance. He was professional and responded quickly whether by email or text. Also important to me was the fact that he put absolutely no pressure on me and provided information in an even-handed, non-judgmental, manner, and was unfazed by several course-changes in what I was looking for. ZillowVERIFIED Looking to buy our first home we began the search with another real estate agent. In the neighborhood where we resided there was an open house going on a couple blocks over. We went to see the house, love it, it was exactly what we were looking for but outside of our purchase budget. This is how we met Rick, he advised us there were other homes in the area similar within our budget. Immediately the next weekend he was showing us properties. Immediately we switched real estate agents! He was always prompt, very responsive and help a lot with his knowledge for us being first time home buyers! He was great!

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for someone to help you through the process of buying or selling a property in Broward County, Rick Bryant would be an excellent choice. He is enthusiastic as well as very professional. He listens to capture well what your needs and possibilities are. He knows the area well and his opinion has been very valuable. He never made us feel pressured about our purchase but was always available to show us new options. We could always find a time to discuss all aspects of the process, which is much more complicated than we realized. I felt he became more of a friend than just a real estate agent. His offices with Remax are very comfortable and we were always greeted with friendly words and a smile. Their support was also very professional. We had to postpone our purchase of a property for a short period but we will definitely seek out his help in the future.

Rick creates a professional proposal, an extensive marketing plan, advises on what needs to be done to maximize sale price. He uses a professional photographer and videographer to make the best visual impression of your home on various websites, along with social media and traditional listing techniques. In my case this resulted in selling a home in 4 days at list price, where it had previously languished with a previous realtor for 6 months. The realtor makes all the difference in the world!! About a year before the actual move I went on line searching for apartments,townhouses.and or conds for my husband and I.Mr.Rich Bryant gave me a call ,when we were still in NY.I explained the details and the reasons for this move. Rich asked a few questions, to qualify us and our needs. He waited, patiently for a good year. Throughout the time, he stayed in touch with us. A week later we arrived. Rich called us to check on the status of our move.Never pushy or aggressive, always listening. I had already looked on line and we needed Rich to help us in and view the condos/townhouses.We couldn't have received better service from Rich and his associate,Bonnie House. Exceptional service,an excellent listener. He always made sure, when faced with ,what seemed to be a crisis, that we wouldn't have to worry about the outcome. We were comfortable with their(his and Bonnie') every move. They made our "short sale" as smooth as he could. We LOVE our townhouse. Rich and his staff are professional yet comfortale to work with. Always returned our calls, often, the same day. Other agents did not even call back. If we had to do it again, we wouldn't change a thing. You owe it to yourselves to call these people!!Your first impression of him is not the"salesman type,can he really do th right/best things for us?"Don't let his innocent,bolike qualities fool you.Whenit is time to take a stand or make a move, he is right there.
