RE/MAX Preferred

Shelley was seriously the best to work with! This was our first time buying a home, so we had A LOT of questions and probably asked her about a million different things, but she was always so patient with us and never made us feel like we were bothering her. She was always quick to respond and kept us updated through everything. She really went above and beyond for us and made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. Were so happy we got to work with Shelley and are really thankful she helped us find our first home! We couldnt have asked for a better realtor.

Isabella was great to work with throughout the whole home-buying process. As first-time buyers, we had plenty of questions, and she was always responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. She gave us good advice without ever making us feel pressured, and were really happy with the home we ended up with. Wed definitely recommend Isabella to anyone buying a home in the Madison area.

Max has been delightful to work with and helped me close on a condo on Madison's west side. Admittedly our search was not long as I had a very narrow area in which I was searching. Max had extensive knowledge of both the area and the properties I was looking at. He kept me up to date on listings and we quickly found the perfect home. It was a competitive bidding situation and Max gave me great advice throughout. Max has also provided me with excellent recommendations for some cosmetic work I'm having done on the condo and even helped me find a new home for a large and heavy piece of furniture that was left behind (and he helped move it.) Max is delightful, well-resourced and terrific with his communication. I highly recommend him.

Max helped my wife and I buy our new home and sell our old one, and he was fantastic to work with. Because we weren't on any real timeframe, it was a long process to find our new house (1 day shy of 3 years!), but he stuck with us the whole time. His knowledge and observations about the houses we looked it was invaluable, and his low pressure attitude was very much appreciated. He's always very responsive and helpful, including with things like recommending workmen and checking on the old house after we moved out when we were out of town.

Max helped me purchase my first condo in Madison. He was very helpful throughout the whole process especially when I couldn't be in Madison to take care of a lot of things in person, Max made sure that everything went smoothly. He was very knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions as a first time buyer.
