Max has assisted me in buying two homes (one a duplex) and selling one home. He is highly available to his clients, a great negotiator, has a really solid understanding of home construction, and will always advocate for what is best for you rather than what will close the deal the fastest (unless that's your #1 priority!). I have no reservations about recommending him to my friends and family.

We connected with Austin after clicking on a zillow link a few years ago and are so glad we did. He has helped us buy multiple properties for our business and gone house hunting for our personal home, which resulted in us buying land to build on. He's been very approachable, which makes it easy to ask all of the questions. He's knowledgeable about real estate and if he doesn't have the exact answer right away he'll get it quickly. He seems to work around the clock in order to get a deal done and has always been very transparent. We couldn't ask for anything more! I just closed on my condo 2 months ago. I purposely waited a bit to make sure I had some time to process. I kept waiting for the buyer's remorse to kick in after so much money, but it never did. I attribute that to Max. He was very thorough in making sure I knew what I was getting into and making sure this was the property I wanted. Even after closing he helped me find trusted vendors for painting and furnace repair. He was very up front about many things and proactive. I never felt like he ignored what I was saying or not taking into account my concerns.
