We had a great experience buying our first home with Walker. As first-time buyers, we relied heavily on his recommendations and resources, and he always pointed us in the right direction. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and manageable. Highly recommend! :)

Walker is an experience relator and a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledge to the house market of Ann Arbor area, the seasonal adjustment of a property market price and negations skills. If you are a seller and seeking a listing agent, ask Walker, he is one of the best agent, you will get your house sold at the highest price with a best buyer for the seller.

Walker was invaluable in helping me find a condo that fit my needs perfectly in a very short period of time. He started with a thorough assessment about what I was looking for and then set up showings promptly. He did an amazing job of making room for me in his busy schedule on short notice and went above and beyond with negotiations and helping me fulfill all of the necessary steps to bring me to a swift closing. The process was very smooth and especially pleasant due to his personability and enthusiastic professionalism. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing real estate assistance.

Walker helped us find our Ann Arbor home in 2019 and then helped us sell it in 2026. Walker has a wealth of information on the Ann Arbor housing market, buy and sell strategies, pricing strategies, inspection details, home touch-ups to increase curb appeal as well as what not to spend time and money on. We also liked that he will bring in his office associates on important decisions such as mapping out the asking price. He has a network of people for yardwork, painting, inspections, etc.. And before we forget - he is a very personable guy!

I had a great experience buying a home with Walker Barnes. Walker was incredible knowledgeable, flexible, and made the process seamless. Like others who have worked with Walker, his kindness and generosity during the process led to us keeping in contact and becoming friends outside of the purchasing experience! I highly recommend Walker for anyone looking to purchase a home in this area.
