And seriously, he knows his stuff. He helped us understand everything from wiring in an old 1910s home to what to expect with a property that has well and septic tank. We were somewhat self-aware that we were demanding clients with what we wanted out of a home, he gently advised that we broaden our scope and search. I believe any other realtor would have been happy to see fewer houses since it's a lot of work to schedule, show, and meet us at private showings during Covid. All that being said, Walker showed up with a smile and enthusiasm at each appointment. He was just as excited to see the homes, and we got to see some pretty cool run-down victorian houses. Starting out, Walker told us that he could be whatever kind of realtor we needed.
