I have to say Mr. Ortiz just completely understands. I went to him and told him I tried it all and I just moved from NY living in hotel in hotel because its so hard now to get a place and Mr. Ortiz just said aEURoetrust meaEUR?. The best thing I did was that! A week later I was signing paperwork for my apartment. He is a blessing for anyone that is moving over to Florida. Matt was the best! I was looking for a rental from 1000 miles away for a relocation and he was the first realtor that was truly helpful in the process. With the housing market so tight, the others knew they would rent the properties and didn't care. Matt went way above and beyond to help me out and even after the lease was signed he still super responsive to any questions and made sure the move in went smoothly 3 days after a hurricane. I will definitely go through Matt again for any future moves in the Orlando area and will recommend him to anyone I know looking to move. I just can't say enough good things about him.

Jacobs services were impeccable. Very communicative and helpful. Very smooth sale process. He was prompt on all deadlines and easy to reach out to. He uses electronic signing system which is a huge plus.
