From the first phone call until I receive the key to my house, she as been nothing but amazing. The would stay up late at night to answer any question. Put her personal things aside to ficilate me. She was very patient since it was my first time purchasing a home and had a lot of question. I would recommend her to anyone with the assurance that they would get taken care of a treated with respect.

She responses on time at all times, protects clients. Glad we completed all the process with success. The first home that was about to be closing cancelled by the seller and we had to search for other home, which put us uncertain positions on the road. With the help of my agent we finally found the right property but again there was a title problem which could affect bad, the closing attorney is experienced and guided us to solve the problem and we got the property. We are happy that we got the exact property we wanted.

Marisel was amazing! If you're looking for a Realtor who is professional, dedicated, hard-working, honest, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, and helpful and who will truly go above and beyond to get a job done and ensure your complete satisfaction--then Marisel Nelson is your Realtor. Unlike other agents I had worked with, I didn't find Marisel, Marisel found me. Prior to to working with Marisel, and (after having worked with several other agents) I had just about giving up on purchasing a home as a first-time home buyer. With her pleasant, calm and upbeat personality, Marisel kept me encouraged and motivated throughout the entire process. There aren't many people who will go above and beyond for you to get a job done, and Marisel is one of the few that will. Marisel helped to make my dream of owning a home a reality. She exceeded my highest expectations and then some. Such a pleasure to work with. I highly, highly recommend choosing Marisel as your Realtor. Trust me, you'll be glad you did.

Marisel Nelson was recommended to me by the property management part of her agency since they also provided the property management for the referenced address. This was a rental property.Marisel was prompt in responding to any questions I had, seeking answers where she could not immediately respond. She was informative, courteous, and easy to work with. My being an absentee landlord required me to totally rely upon her familiarity with the area and the market. I was pleased with the sale price she suggested and with the final selling price.
