It was the summer of 2020 covid had just begun to shut down the nation the world plunged in turmoil. My wife and I as a young couple searched for a place to call our own. The parental units uttered the name aEURoeJerryaEUR?. My first encounter was a home in Palmyra. It was then that we first met Jerry, a helpful, brutally honest, respectful and down to earth realator, he may very well of had a giant S on his chest because unknown to us he was a superhero. Despite us loving the house placing a offer and being refused we continued our search for another 2 and a half years looking at over 80 homes and sending him over 300 homes to review. Most realtors would have fled in fear and terror of clients like us, but not Jerry. Jerry arrived at every home with a smile on his face and a joke ready to defuse our stressful situation. We often would apologize to Jerry feeling as if we were a burden on him, he would dismiss with thought with a scoff and a chuckle, aEURoeI'm invested in you guys nowaEUR? is what he would say but what I heard was aEURoeshh there there baby bird come under my wing, you are safe here.aEUR? It was now the summer of 2022 and we come to another home at the place where it all began, the offer was placed the stage was set and the spotlight shone on Jerry. With great knowledge and experience he gave us the council needed to seal the deal and put an end to our journey. Jerry was truly the Samwise to my Frodo, the Gandalf to my Bilbo but of all the Lord of the Ring references I could make he was the one ring to my SmA(C)agol and SmA(C)agol needs Jerry.
