REMAX PARTNERS

After reading reviews eight years ago, I hired Lee Ritchie/Ritchie Realty Group of Re/Max in Columbus, OH as a buyers agent. She was an engaged listener and helped me find a downtown Columbus OH condo property that was perfect for me and my situation. She educated me with regards to the importance of well funded reserves when buying a condo. Throughout the homebuying process, I felt supported by a professional team of experts. Recently, life changed and I needed to relocate out of state. Once again, I hired Lee Ritchie and her team; this time to sell my property. She used her extensive expertise in the local market to help us appropriately price the home for sale. She has a keen eye for design and effortlessly arranged our furnishings to stage our home. Her promotion of the property was extensive, wide reaching and utilized cutting edge home marketing techniques including AI. With Lee and her team, the details of the home selling process were handled meticulously. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Lee Ritchie to both home buyers and sellers.

I was very hesitant and nervous about selling our home remote (out of state). Lee was a true blessing from the start. She put me and my family at ease. She checked on us constantly and kept the communication flow going so much so that it felt as though we must have been her only client. She ensured that everything was done in a timely manner and was done correctly. I never worried about anything with Lee working on the sell for us. She got us a higher than expected price for our home and ensured a smooth and fast transaction. Google needs to add more stars. 7 stars! Thank you Lee Ritchie and team. We couldnt be happier with your hard work and your help selling our home. Thank you!! Highly recommended!

We have worked with Lee over the years on selling and purchasing homes. Every single time, she has exceeded our expectations. Shes incredibly responsive and helps to drive the process along. She gets to know you and what is important to you, so that she can personalize her recommendations.

My wife and I gave Lee a nearly impossible task of finding the perfect home in a very short amount time. Lee made it happen. She was professional, patient, and didn't try to sell us on every home we saw. Lee followed-up on every text, phone call, and request. We highly recommend Lee.

Lee is extremely helpful, knowledgeable with the area. Found a perfect condo for my daughter and I at Short North. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills!
