ZillowVERIFIED I feel very fortunate to have worked with Lee on the sale of my townhome in Columbus. From the beginning she made excellent recommendations on making my home attractive to buyers. After doing so, we received two excellent offers within 2 days of listing the property. We quickly accepted the higher offer. After those buyers got cold feet at the 11th hour, she fought hard for me to be able to keep their deposit, and was successful in doing so. She then immediately reached out the people who had submitted the other offer, and we were able to quickly sign a new purchase contract. Because the property was very old, we had a number of issues that we needed to fix quickly in order to sell the property. She worked with handymen, carpenters, electricians, plumbers and the HOA to get them resolved quickly and with minimal cost. All the people she recommended were reliable, professional and worked within the timeframe to get us to closing. She was on site to see the issues as they arose, and put pressure on the HOA when needed to accomplish the task at hand. I honestly don't think I would have made it to closing without her expertise. Her assistance was particularly critical since I live out of town and could not manage any of these issues myself. I can't recommend her enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Lee was one of the most professional and easiest people I have ever had the privilege of doing business with. It started in 2017 when I was transferring to Ohio from Virginia. She was able to arrange virtual tours and set up over 20 houses for me to look at when I came into town for a weekend. Her hospitality over the next four years was amazing, particularly her annual Thanksgiving pie giveaway (I recommend the Dutch apple.) When it was time to transfer again, she made selling the house a stress-free event for our family. Lee coordinated directly with the cleaning company, carpet company, and house stagers which allowed us to focus on getting settled into our new place in Missouri. After less than 24 hours on the market, she was able to get us an all-cash offer well over list price. I could not recommend Lee any higher! I loved one of the team members entering all the milestones into software, and all the agents, buyers, and sellers can see it. So during the process of loan approval, inspection, closing (and more), you can see the days things happen, and every time something is completed, you get an email. It was being rented and my tenant moved out, so it was time to sell. I expected wear and tear in my house but nothing could have prepared me for what I found. The house had to be rehabbed, so the day I am in tears over my mom's house being a wreck, Lee came to meet me at the house. She helped me with flooring and wall paint color selections and got the property loaded into MLS so it could go live the minute we finished renovations. She had it professionally photographed and staged. Lee priced the house perfectly. So perfectly that within 2 hours of the house being listed, the first showing happened. Then by the end of the first day, Lee had an offer on the house - HIGHER than listing price. We had competing offers and with Lee's calm guidance I accepted an offer $7,000 above the list price. Being so far away was no problem whatsoever because Lee has a full team behind her as well as the technology to make things happen quickly. I only met her in person thirty minutes, but she was extremely accessible to me during this process. All the way to the end and beyond. ZillowVERIFIED Once we were ready to sell our house, we interviewed a few realtors. Ms. Ritchie Lee was one of them and she came with excellent reviews. When we first met her, she came across as honest, upfront and someone who is very clear in her assessments. Her communication was prompt and through. She was also particular in how we present the house to potential buyers gave us a list of things to do on the initial walk through. It required work and we had our doubts. However, eventually we chose Ms. Lee as we trusted and valued her opinions and followed through on all her advice. Eventually, when it was time to list the house, the price that she chose to mark the house was the highest in our neighborhood and we were a little reluctant. But she convinced us that aEUR~we are asking for a fair price and aEUR~trust me, I would not ask for that price if I did not think that the house was worth at least that much. Glad we trusted her! Our house sold even before it went on sale (it sold during the coming soon phase)!! And we got an offer higher than the asking price!!! She also made sure that the buyers were also trustworthy and pre-approved before we agreed on the price. We were in a complex situation as our new custom home was getting delayed. She went back to the buyers to let us stay in the house after the closing as final part of the deal. We are thankful to Ms. Lee and the buyers for this arrangement. She made the whole process as easy and smooth as it can be. We have bought and sold houses before and by far this is the best experience. ZillowVERIFIED Finding a realtor isn't a difficult task - there are almost too many to choose from! What IS difficult is finding one that is truly exceptional. When we started the process of selling our home, I had lots of thoughts of my own about what we would need to do to get the house ready. I also thought I had a good understanding of my neighborhood and the home values. I had been living here for six years so I would know better right? We decided to use Lee as our realtor and after meeting with her, I knew that I could trust this woman to provide us with the best outcome. My way would have been easier- Lee had a list of things our home would need prior to listing that seemed daunting at first. I followed each and every one of her recommendations and guess what- our home had over 50 showings in one week. One week! The week ended with 16 offers that were over our asking price and beyond what we had anticipated we would get. I am convinced that most agents would not have been able to provide us with this outcome.
