Anca came to our rescue from a bad experience with another Realtor. Even before we signed the contract with her she was already giving us valuable advice. Anca was honest with us from the beginning and told us how much our villa would sell for. She wasn't pushy and allowed us to set a reasonable price. Eventually we lowered the price to the amount Anca originally said it would sell at, and subsequently sold the villa. Anca is very professional, knowledgeable,and determined. Selling a house can be stressful and Anca was always reassuring and patient with our many questions. In fact, we're buying a property out of her area and she still takes our calls and tries to help us. We would hire her to buy our new house if we could.
