ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Anca for about 7 years and every single time Anca not only delivered, but overdelivered on expectations. My family owned 2 condos in Boca Raton that Anca helped rent all these years up until we decided to sell them. All tenants that Anca found were solid and reliable, thanks to Ancas professional assessment of their prior record and financial situation. Ancas communication skills are excellent aEUR" shes very timely, professional, and always on point aEUR" catching subtle details of any situation and providing quality advice that ultimately leads to good experience. She is a great listener and is able to address any question with solid knowledge and recommendations. Her understanding of market trends at any given time always proved to be correct, and as a client I always appreciated this quality as it resulted in timely transactions. When we decided to sell the condos Anca jumped into action with perfect market positioning of the properties and producing multiple offers, some over ask. Both of our condos were sold quickly and Anca seamlessly led us through the details of the process until closing.I am very grateful for having worked with Anca for many years and looking forward to working with her again in the future. I highly recommend working with Anca aEUR" shes a true real estate professional that goes above and beyond for her clients!Thank you Anca!

ZillowVERIFIED Anca came to our rescue from a bad experience with another Realtor. Even before we signed the contract with her she was already giving us valuable advice. Anca was honest with us from the beginning and told us how much our villa would sell for. She wasn't pushy and allowed us to set a reasonable price. Eventually we lowered the price to the amount Anca originally said it would sell at, and subsequently sold the villa. Anca is very professional, knowledgeable, and determined. Selling a house can be stressful and Anca was always reassuring and patient with our many questions. In fact, we're buying a property out of her area and she still takes our calls and tries to help us. We would hire her to buy our new house if we could. Anca has provided us with some invaluable connections. We can't thank her enough and we hope she knows how much we appreciate her. Tom & Julie McKenna

She negotiated the best price for me plus I received credit at closing. I am beyond happy with my purchase. Let's just say it if it was not for Anca, I wouldn't get this place where I live right now which I absolutely love. I highly recommend Anca to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property! ZillowVERIFIED We cannot say enough wonderful things about Anca! We initially tried selling our home ourselves. Anca was the only realtor that stopped by our open house and convinced us to list our home with her. Within 20 days we were under contract and our house sold for exactly what she predicted it would go for! Anca is available 24/7 and is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. She walked us through every step of the process of selling our home. She has also helped us purchase a new home and she was equally as helpful on this side of the experience. With her expertise we had another smooth transaction. She coordinated with all of the parties involved and she was even able to give us fantastic recommendations for getting help turning our new house into a home. She is a one-stop-shop! Anca is a highly qualified, dedicated, real estate extraordinaire and we give our highest recommendation in having her assist anyone with their home buying or selling needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Anca was a great help. She knew what she was doing and explained the process to me. I was a first time home buyer and didn't know anything about the process. My process was long and stressful due to bank dragging their feet and delaying things. But she kept on top of them and kept pushing and calling to get things moving along. I would highly recommend her and would use her again for all my real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED We LOVED working with Anca! She was so proactive and thorough. Her follow up was impeccable, as she wasted no time in showing, my husband and I, new listings as she received them based on the criteria we were looking for. Anca was completely tuned in to what we wanted in a home and did not waste time showing us listings that did not meet our criteria. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to move quickly and seamlessly. My husband and I love our new home!

ZillowVERIFIED The real estate market is very "alive" in the state of Florida, therefore, when it comes to choosing a Realtor that's going to meet your expectations, it can be a 'hit or miss' experience. My husband and I were looking to relocate to Miami. After picking a few proprieties and contacting the listing agents we made aquiantances with Anca. She's very energetic and professional. She was well prepared, informed about the property we picked and was very easy to get ahold of. Anca suggested a couple more listings that she researched using the criteria that we provided. Always on time, she provided excellent real estate service.Thank you Anca and keep up the good work!
