I was very disappointed with my experience with Jessica honestly. In my opinion when the sale became a both sides sale for her she forgot about me. She didn't explain the different types of contracts like a as is contract or a far bar contract in any way to my recollection. Addendums were sent to me and not properly explained to me in my opinion I didn't know what I was signing I had to just Google it. Also most communications happen via text I would make a phone call and receive a text response . If I had it to do all over again I would have chosen differently personally.

Regina has done a wonderful job, she really spent a lot of time with us, explaining to us all the details of the market, we were always kept notified and up to date, within a little over a month of having Regina as our realtor she was able to close our sale, she made us feel very delightful, she is very straight to the point and I will strongly recommend her.
