ZillowVERIFIEDI was very disappointed with my experience with Jessica honestly. In my opinion when the sale became a both sides sale for her she forgot about me. She didn't explain the different types of contracts like a as is contract or a far bar contract in any way to my recollection. Addendums were sent to me and not properly explained to me in my opinion I didn't know what I was signing I had to just Google it. Also most communications happen via text I would make a phone call and receive a text response . If I had it to do all over again I would have chosen differently personally.

ZillowVERIFIED I reached out to Jessica and her team before I even moved to Florida, and they helped every step of the way -- from weighing the options between renting and buying, all the way through to the day I closed on my house! I've never bought or rented before, and I would have been so overwhelmed without this team. They're really the best!!

ZillowVERIFIED I was contacted by Jessica via the internet, our situation was we live full time in NJ and wanted to purchase a home in Fl. right in the middle of a pandemic!! We agreed on a date that my wife and i would travel down to Fl. in the interim, Jessica sent us multiple locations and set up in person visits. We spent the weekend in Venice and Jessica dedicated her entire weekend with us. We agreed to build, Jessica helped us negotiate with the builder, stayed with us through the whole process and was present at our closing. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking to purchase or build a home. Best

ZillowVERIFIED Delightful to work with. Jessica is very easy to work with and very accommodating. She enabled us to buy the perfect home without having to make multiple trips to Florida from our residence in Tennessee. She never made us feel rushed or pressured to buy any house, but would go above and beyond to assist us with inspections and contracts.

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica by far has been the best Realtor I've dealt with in the State of Florida & I would highly recommend her if you are looking for property in the Sarasota area, She was always on time, very energetic, personable & well versed in the property's & neighborhoods she showed me. She is excellent on follow up which is super important to me since its seems most sales people have forgotten how to do that. 5 Stars for sure!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica is very additive in the Real Estate process. We relocated from Chicago and were not as well versed in FL Real Estate. Jessica is very professional and aggressive (in a good way!) on her client's behalf. We appreciated her willingness to meet on the weekends and evenings since we work full time.

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica actually found the townhome we purchased. I had done extensive research but didnt think we could afford a new build as this is our second home. She helped with the negotiations and stayed with us every step of the way, even though it took us over a year to commit so it would coincide with our retirement. Jessica is the best and we got her name from another friend and I gladly pass it on.

ZillowVERIFIED I am currently a California resident looking to move to Florida to retire. A friend recommended Jessica Bow. I still am thoroughly impressed with Jessica - Start to finish she was wonderful. First sending me a link to review of houses based on my criteria then to organize showings when I only had a limited time to spend and finally through the whole purchase process. She explained the area, the details of all the contracts and followed up at at every point in the process. I would STRONGLY Recommend Jessica Bow when looking to by your Dream Home!

ZillowVERIFIED I couldn't have chosen a harder working energetic broker. She was a pleasure to work with and always responsive to our inquiries. She helped in more ways than most brokers do, including finding repair people when needed, supplying furnishings for showings and holding open houses frequently.

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica and Dave were a pleasure to work with, They made what could have been a turbulent process easy. They constantly kept us up to date with people interested in our home as well as what homes were going for in our area. They answered our questions day and night with any concerns that we had. We would recommend them for anyone looking for a top notch realtor that proves they care for you and not just making a commission.

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica was exceptional, I can't speak highly enough of her. I happen to stumble into one of her open houses, I wasn't even searching to buy at that point, she went out her way to provide me with multiple listings and then helped me all the way to buy the property I fell in love with. She is extremely helpful, honest and approachable. Always went out of her way to help me in any way to make the buying process easier for me. I had a very tight deadline to purchase a home and she walked me through every step of the negotiations to make it all happen for me. Any issues I had she took care of all my concerns no matter the time or day of the week. I truly recommend her to my friends and family. When the time comes when I will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be.

ZillowVERIFIED The team of Jessica and Dave could not have been better. Dave came and helped with repairs around the house to get show ready, including spending two day on top of the roof to help resurfacing it. Once the house was on the market Jessicas negotiating skills helped sell the house in two weeks with two cash offer bidding against one another.

ZillowVERIFIED If l could give higher marks than excellent l would. Jessica was beyond excellent in handling the purchase of our condo. Her response time was almost always less the 5 minutes to any of my question and when we had a few bumps in the road, she handled them IMMEDIATELY. Our closing went flawlessly. I could not ask for a better person to work with and David P is a strong asset to the team. Craig Hadden

ZillowVERIFIED Before meeting Jessica, we worked for over a year trying to find the perfect new home. We thought we had found a great builder but it turned into a disaster. We had all but given up, when we asked Jessica to help us in the process. She sent us multiple viable options and also provided information on a new home community where there were still several lots available. My husband and I had briefly looked into it but hadn't given it serious thought. Because of Jessica's suggestion, we looked at the homes again and absolutely fell in love with the community. Jessica obtained pricing and available lot data and sent it to us promptly. She negotiated a significant price reduction on a new build, and helped us with the structural choices. Many people don't realize that they can and should have a real estate professional to negotiate with a builder but it was the best decision we made. Once getting a home, lot, and price we were comfortable with, Jessica helped us sell our current home. Of course we listed it at a time when there were at least 10 other homes that went up for sale in our subdivision. It was a struggle but she persevered (and so did we) and finally got a good offer on our home. She negotiated the deal and assisted with all of the paperwork and title attorney. Every bit of the home selling / buying process was a challenge but Jessica was there to help us keep our sanity! She responded to emails and texts promptly and researched my many questions. Kudos to her husband Dave too! He assisted us with getting our home ready for sale and spend hours working side by side with my husband and I doing whatever needed to be done. I didn't mean to make this such a long review but I just can't say enough about the work she performed. We truly couldn't have done it without her. My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Jessica.

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica Bow made the process of selling our house so fast and easy: with the staging she did with her husband, installing new window blinds, painting the garage, the house looked great and sold within a week. She knows the real estate market, and she is an excellent negotiator. I do recommend Jessica Bow to all my friends who might need to sell or buy a house. She makes a stressful process very easy!

ZillowVERIFIED After trying to sell our house with an other agent for 18 months we were contacted by Jessica Bow. From the first moment on we had a great feeling about her skills and it proved to be true. She was always on top of everything and kept us informed about the progress and also set backs (only a few of those.) She really knows how the Real Estate Market works and takes advantage of every possibility that comes up. She is an extremely hard worker and is reachable nearly day and night. If she is busy, she calls back when ever she is free again. She was always dressed very nicely and presented herself very well. We also have to mention her husband Dave who is a extraordinary Handyman. There is nothing that he can not fix to perfection. If an expert of some sort is necessary, he knows the best! If you are thinking about selling your Real Estate contact Jessica and Dave. You will not be disappointed. Ed and Ruth

ZillowVERIFIED I live in New York and was looking for a place in Florida for a winter home. Jessica was amazing. First and foremost she took the time to understand what my needs were, asking all the right questions so that she could fully understand the assignment. She was extremely diligent in presenting relevant properties for my consideration noting the pros and cons. She transmitted this information through e-mail helping to prioritize locations in preparation for my visit. Upon my arrival in Florida, she conducted a very thorough tour of the market, was very knowledgeable about the various neighborhoods and was very professional when dealing with the other agents. She dedicated a considerable amount of time making sure I saw all relevant properties, answered all my questions and made herself available during the rest of my stay to see additional locations. I highly recommend Jessica for her knowledge of the market, friendly attitude and insight that allowed me to make very important decisions concerning my real estate needs.
