The first time I called Michael, it was 8pm on a weeknight and not only did he answer the phone, but he spent about 30 minutes chatting with me about my situation. From that moment on, there wasn't a time when he didn't take my call or answer a text immediately. He has a wealth of knowledge on the area and the industry in general and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He kept his cool when negotiating and always had our best interest at heart. There were a few extra inspections that we couldn't make because we were living in Orange County so michael called the inspectors, set up the appointments and met them at the house so we didn't have to drive up. He handled everything!! If you are looking for honest, trustworthy, reliable and just a downright easy going realtor, Michael is your guy!
