When deciding to sell my home I hired Jerod Mayer and his team to facilitate the sale as I had such a great experience with them in the past. Jerod analyzed the market, and explained the sale process/time line. We knew there was a home listed in my area for a higher price, and Jerod told me it was over priced and wouldn't sell at that number. He advised me of a list price that was more realistic, and competitive for the market place - especially being that my home is limited to cash buyers only. After reviewing Jerod's pricing recommendation I wanted to ask for a little more. We agreed that if we didn't get much response within 2 weeks that we would reduce to Jerod's advised number. Needless to say, Jerod sold my home and we closed escrow within 15 days to the 2nd buyer that came to see it! The home sold for right about where he said the value was. I am extremely happy with the process, and how smooth it was. I have to say I didn't think my home would sell that quick due to circumstances, but Jerod and his team came through! ...The higher priced home is still on the market weeks later.
