The two Eric's, father and son, were absolutely spectacular in the marketing and successful sale of my mother's home. I can't write more highly of their professionalism, knowledge, and responsiveness. They knew how to present the house in the best possible way to attract buyers and also used their network proactively to reach out to potential buyers. We received multiple offers, and they were so skillful in navigating through the process. Their advice was outstanding. Finally and most importantly, they were so wonderful to my 93-year old mother who lived in that house for over 64 years. Obviously, it was an emotional time for my mother, but through their genuine compassion and empathy, they related so well with her (especially since I've been friends with Eric, Sr., since nursery school), and she felt absolutely comfortable and, indeed, happy that they were handling the sale. At the closing, they presented her with a very touching gift, and I can't thank them enough. Eric and Eric are the best.
