David Dellert is very knowledgeable about the Poconos and surrounding areas which was helpful since my husband and I were moving there from out of state and had no idea where we wanted to buy. He knows the area well as he grew up there. He took us around to a number of homes on more than one occasion and during the drive would answer all of our questionsaEUR?patiently I might addaEUR?.and provided a great deal of helpful information. When I thought we might want to move to another part of PA, out of his area, he was honest about not being familiar with that location. I've had other realtors fudge this issue so they could try to get the sale. When we decided to go back to David's area, there was no doubt we were calling him again to help us. Sure enough we found the home of our dreams and David is still available if we have any questions. I highly recommend himaEUR?in case you were wondering!
