ZillowVERIFIEDDavid is very knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to buying or selling your home. Being a young family, my husband and I had never sold a home before but David really knows his stuff, was patient with us and no matter how many times we called or no matter how many questions we had he was very professional and timely with responses. We were able to accept an offer within a week of listing and purchase a bigger home to fit our family. We will forever refer people to him.

ZillowVERIFIED David helped sell our mobile home at Lake Wallenpaupack. When we first met, I was impressed with his thorough inspection of our home and his opinion of what it was worth based on that inspection. Our house sold in 2 days for listing price! David was very professional, quick to respond and made the process of selling a home with 20 years of memories as easy as it could be. I highly recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED We were first time homebuyers and David made the entire process easy! Never once did I feel like I couldnt ask my questions or trust his answers. I felt differently with the several agents I spoke with before meeting David and was happy that went away after meeting him. My fiancA(C) was pregnant through our house search, so taking breaks between houses was often important. It never felt like a bother or burden from David, he would always ask if we needed to find a stop before leaving a property. I'm sure there are many other great agents in the area, but none could be better!

ZillowVERIFIED We moved 180 miles from our old home and we needed someone who was knowledgeable of the area. Also, making long trips back and forth we needed someone who we could trust to show us listings that were worth our time and the trip. We found both of those qualities with David and we couldn't be happier. Outstanding guy who knows the area and much more !

ZillowVERIFIED David answered all the questions I had. But I did not like that I had to always reach out to him and did not feel like a priority. He was prompt at our showing. However, he showed up with a gun on his belt and made no acknowledgement of it. He also seemed frustrated by my 3 year old. I would not recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED I met with David to list my mountain house on April 23rd and by May 1 the property was sold. He knows his market, explains everything in detail, and is sensitive to the seller's concerns. The. Entire transaction went as he said it would and for that I am very grateful.

ZillowVERIFIED David was friendly, professional, and his advice spot on. He spent a lot of time on the market analysis for our listing and walking us through what it all meant in layman's terms. Most important was his listening ability. He heard our needs and concerns and advised appropriately. A lot of things in life and in business are about relationships and we felt both comfortable and confident in David. The speed of the sale is indicative of his knowledge of the market. We recommend David Dellert Highly.

ZillowVERIFIED David Dellert is very knowledgeable about the Poconos and surrounding areas which was helpful since my husband and I were moving there from out of state and had no idea where we wanted to buy. He knows the area well as he grew up there. He took us around to a number of homes on more than one occasion and during the drive would answer all of our questionsaEUR|patiently I might addaEUR|.and provided a great deal of helpful information. When I thought we might want to move to another part of PA, out of his area, he was honest about not being familiar with that location. I've had other realtors fudge this issue so they could try to get the sale. When we decided to go back to David's area, there was no doubt we were calling him again to help us. Sure enough we found the home of our dreams and David is still available if we have any questions. I highly recommend himaEUR|in case you were wondering!

ZillowVERIFIED David has been great all along the way. I first contacted him in a panic, trying to find a place right away, and he worked long hours to show me as many places as he could-- he was great. I'm new at this and he has been so friendly and informative about all parts of the process that I don't quite understand. He's the first realtor I've ever had who actually feels like my realtor -- he's on my side and supporting me, and checking in to make sure everything is going ok. I definitely recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED I have had repeat experiences with David Dellert as my realtor. He assisted in the sale of my Florida home as well as my property purchase in Greeley, Pa. He has also advised me many times when I have had real estate questions, including renting my property and what pitfalls I should avoid so that I didn't get burned. He also assisted my elderly mother in the sale of her home in Florida and assisted her with her move back up north. He consistently goes above and beyond what most people would expect from their agent.

ZillowVERIFIED David helped us through the process of purchasing the house we now live in. He was also helpful in dealing with the closing, providing us with information about the area, answering any questions we had and getting back to us quickly. After we purchased the house we needed a contractor for an electrical problem. After calling David and asking for a recommendation, we got a call from an electrician within a very short time. The problem was resolved thanks to his recommended contractor. We would recomend David Dellert as a reliable real estate professional.
