I worked with Heather to purchase my first home. Although I was completely unfamiliar with everything entailed, she made the whole process extremely easy. She is very friendly, professional, and knowledgable on the the whole process. Many times she went out of her way to ensure the transfer went as smoothly as possible. Honestly I don't know that I would go to anyone else other than Curtis for Realtor services.He is knowledgeable, connected, and honest. Throughout the entire process of buying our first home he was never frustrated and he was always willing to walk us through all the simple and complex parts of the process. Not only does he know the process but he also knows homes (being a landlord himself) and will never shy away from telling you when there is a problem or a different perspective. I could go on about the quality of a job he does. He just never makes you feel that it's about the money for him but rather he is fulfilled but providing a very quality service. If you want the best go with Curtis (Now with Latitude 58), I've experienced several different realtors here and down south and he is by far the best. Close family and friends (with more experience than myself) were also blown away by his attentiveness and care during the process.Just save yourself the hassle and give him a call, you'll be glad you did!
