Wyatt is fantastic! He spent over a year working with us, patiently waiting while we searched for the right house at the right time for us. When we found it, Wyatt got right to work and made the whole process super smooth. He listened to our needs and then made it happen. We appreciate him so much and would recommend him to anyone looking for a home!

I have the pleasure of working with many real estate professionalsaEUR"but every once in a while, someone stands out for all the right reasons. Working with Wyatt was an absolute breeze from start to finish. His professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, and organizational skills were top-notch. Throughout the transaction, He was consistently on pointaEUR"communicating clearly, staying ahead of deadlines, and always putting the client first. Its no surprise that our mutual client ended up not just satisfied, but truly happy in their new home.

Was always there to help. Helped me negotiate down the selling price to a very suitable amount and had answers to all my questions. Always on time and went above and beyond. Looked at many houses with my girlfriend and I even though they were an hour or more away with no issues. Would definitely recommend working with Wyatt and the team any day of the week!

Wren was an excellent realtor and helped us to find the perfect house for our needs. He and the Deering team were extremely helpful, responsive, and patient. We look forward to working with them again in the future and we recommend Wren to anyone in the search for a home - Thanks Wren!
