ZillowVERIFIEDMark and his team did an amazing job with both the sale of my condo and the purchase of a new home! My condo was listed for 4 days total before I had multiple offers on it. I accepted one and during the process that fell through and my condo was back on the market. Within 15 hours Mark and his team had another showing scheduled, offer submitted, and accepted. When I was searching for a new home I saw the perfect house for myself and my family (all 8 of us). When I clicked on it, the description said "All offers due by noon on XX/XX date" I looked at the clock and it was 10:15 on that date. I reached out to Mark and he got working immediately on getting us into see the house. We were able to meet over my lunch break, discuss the options and submitted an offer that was accepted! We closed on the house the end of July and get the keys in 5 days! I highly recommend Mark and his team to handle the buying and selling of your home!

ZillowVERIFIED I went with Mark Deering's team after having knowledge of his expereince in west Michigan (and frankly along with all of the mountain bike activities he facilitates for the GR area). Mike Bursley was my actual agent and he has been great ! free flowing communication and never seemed bothered even when we shifted 40 miles between the towns we wanted to find our next home in. The offer process was seamless, and a new one on me was having my agent present during the inspection so he could ask the inspector to pay special attention to items I was concerned about (I wasnt able to attend due to work conflicts). Mike quickly communicated the findings and we were able to get my questions anwered and the offer was accepted. Jessica Kirkwood from the team then began to give relevent updates so we knew what all the next steps were. We will be closing on a house that was an exact match for our needs and I cant recommend Mike Bursley and the Mark Deering team strong enough. Thanks guys !

ZillowVERIFIED We asked Mark to come and tell us what we needed to do to sell the house as is! He came over. Gave a couple suggestions on a few small projects. Listed our house in the next couple weeks and sold within 24 hours way over asking price!

ZillowVERIFIED Kevin Ahrens is The Best! He was not the first realtor who called us when we were looking to purchase a condo, but he was the most persistent and attentive and were happy we stuck with him. Kevin listened carefully and understood exactly what we wanted. He tailored the listings he sent us accordingly and kept us within our price range. He made himself available to show properties to us quickly, as is necessary in this fast market. We were pleased to see his smiling face at our recent closing. We also appreciate the efficiency of the entire Mark Deering team who assisted in making this happen for us!

ZillowVERIFIED Mark Deering helped me find a home over 8 years ago when I moved to Grand Rapids from Midland. Since then, he and his team have helped both of my brothers and numerous other friends and family members find homes in the greater Grand Rapids area. Mark builds personal relationships with his clients and I truly consider him a friend today. If you are in need of a realtor, I can't HIGHLY recommend Mark and his team enough!

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Mark and his team in the past on the sale of my Mothers house. In 2020 we started the search for a small cottage with land for weekend getaways. I contacted Mark and he did an amazing job finding outstanding properties within my required criteria. When we found the perfect house, we found that there were 5 offers in the first 72 hours! Mark crafted an amazing offer that beat out all others. We are grateful for Mark and Renay and we are looking forward to our new getaway! I would highly recommend the Mark Deering team!

ZillowVERIFIED Mark and Kevin were a great asset in the selling process of our home. We first reached out before Covid hit and was reassured and provided as many resources as possible. The reassurance and assistance to get our house listed was the very thing we needed during such a stressful time! Our home was sold within the weekend it was listed! Super happy and grateful for the help! I highly recommend the Mark Deering ReMax Team!

ZillowVERIFIED We were referred to the Remax of Grand Rapids Mark Deering Team and after buying our house through them, we'd recommend them to anyone. Renay was a delight to work with, especially with us being new home buyers. She strategized with us, encouraged us, and was always available for questions. The Grand Rapids housing market is always hectic but we were able to find our perfect home. She's fantastic!

ZillowVERIFIED Just purchased a house with the Deering team as our agents. Renay Deering was very attentive and answered our calls, texts and questions very quickly, even if we contacted her at 9, 10, 11 pm. Any hiccups we had, big or small we suddenly had multiple members of the team including Mark making calls and sorting stuff out even when they werent technically aEURoeour agentaEUR?. Things came down to the wire (nothing to do with the Deerings) and they went all hands on deck and made it work to meet our closing date. We closed in less than a month. I would highly recommend using Mark and his team.

ZillowVERIFIED The Mark Deering Team was just that aEUR" a team. They collaborated to help us sell and buy a home through a very stressful, but hot market in Grand Rapids. They helped us keep our anxieties at ease as much as possible through the process. At times they went above and beyond their call of duty. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED What isn't to like about the Mark Deering Team! We had great pleasure working with Justin Glover as we explored the idea of purchasing a new home. Throughout the process, we had a change of heart and ended up deciding to build. The Deering team was very accommodating with the mind shift and actually connected us with our builder whom we love! Ultimately we sold our current home in 1 & 1/2 days and received above asking price. Hat's off to the Deering team and their willingness to help in any way.

ZillowVERIFIED I can not say enough good things about the Mark Deering team. Each member of the team has given unparalleled expertise and service. This is especially true of our agent, Casey Hague. He is incredibly helpful, proactive, and attentive. He made sure we were comfortable every step of the way, and was always just a call or text away (literally at all hours of the day or night) if we ever had questions or concerns. Night after night, week after week, Casey spent his time driving with us all over West Michigan looking for the perfect home for our family, and was always available at the drop of a hat. He was there every single day, keeping us positive, informed, and moving forward. Casey eventually got us our wonderful new home under asking price, which we thought would be impossible in this market! Hes made this process so easy, stress free, and fun. Were so grateful to have had the pleasure of working with Casey, and would highly recommend him to all!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Justin Glover while looking for our new home. From day 1, Justin was extremely responsive. The night before we were scheduled to view three homes, I contacted Justin last minute to add another house to our list. Despite the time crunch, Justin managed to arrange a showing for us the view the house we now get to call our home! All throughout the negotiations and closing process, Justin and The Deering Team, were there quickly handling any issues that may have risen and were available to clarify any and all questions we had throughout the entire process. If the time ever comes when we will be looking to sell or buy a new home, there isn't any question on who our first choice of Realtor will be!

ZillowVERIFIED From the very start Kevin worked hard to us find a house in Allendale, MI. He listened to all our needs and responded quickly to each one. Our situation was different from others in that we had sold and were out of our house and headed for Arizona for the winter! Kevin showed us a number of houses while we were still in MI, but they didn't quite fit the bill. That didn't stop him from sending us house listings in the area we were looking at. Within a month our new house was found! Our closing with a Mobile Notary Public in Arizona went smoothly. Kevin's helped us in all aspects of the sale. We would highly recommend Kevin and the Mark Deering REMAX office with anyone's real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently sold and purchased our homes using Jessica and the Mark Deering Team. We were in the situation where we found a home we really liked and made an offer but had two individual homes we would need to sell. There is a lot going on when you are in this situation. As we began this journey, I was a bit overwhelmed thinking about the whole process. Jessica quickly relieved my anxiety by stepping us through the process on each of the homes. Jessica is knowledgeable and EXTREMELY organized. She kept us posted on what she needed from us, when she needed it and gave us updates as we moved closer to the closing dates. I highly recommend Jessica and the whole Mark Deering Team! They took a daunting situation, simplified it and gave us a very happy ending.
