This was my first time purchasing a house and I had no idea what to expect. Chris helped me with each step of the process and things went so smoothly especially under the Covid-19 circumstances. When I asked him questions he was honest with his answers. I would definitely use him again or recommend him to family and friends.

Chris went above and beyond the expected effort to help sell my father's house. We had to deal with the final details from out of town, and Chris handled everything promptly and to perfection.

I met Chris because I clicked on a house I liked on Zillow and he came recommended by the site. I am so glad I went with him, he was courteous and kind not to mention always available for my viewings and house showings. We sold my house very quickly, and bought another the same week.

Christopher was amazing. I couldnt recommend a realtor more. I know for a fact that he did so much work for my husband and I behind the scenes since we did a VA loan. There were things that the mortgage company didnt tell us that Chris alerted us to that we would have been blindsided by at closing and lost the house. He advocated for us when we werent sure what to do about asking for repairs and he was super responsive to texts or phone calls. On top of being knowledgeable and diligent, he was personally a thrill to work with. Thank you, Chris for helping us find our dream home!!

Chris was great to work with! He is not only very knowledgeable, but personable as well. He always had answers to our questions and is super-responsive. He is a genuinely nice person who has your best interests in mind, not just out to make a quick sale. He was incredibly helpful with our negotiations and was on the phone late into the evening (on a Friday night) with us and the sellers agent to help close a home purchase. If we ever have another home buying/selling need, Chris will be our first and only call.
