There were things that the mortgage company didnt tell us that Chris alerted us to that we would have been blindsided by at closing and lost the house. ZillowVERIFIED Chris was amazing. We bought our first house in November 2016. As first time buyers we we're completely overwhelmed. Chris guided us through every step of the process and gave us a nudge when we needed it (we found our home literally within a week and felt there was no way it could be that easy, so we were a pain). We liked him so much that we ended up buying a second house with him just this week. Closing was yesterday. Through the process of looking through for our second house he was amazing. He talked us out of options that would have been a nightmare even though they were at the upper end of our price range and would have gotten him a larger commission. We also had SO much go wrong with closing but Chris handled everything (and everyone). Our bank was less than responsive and this ended up resulting in a one-month delay and closing. Chris negotiated with them to cover the cost of our rate lock extension (saving us nearly $1000 in closing costs). He stayed on top of the sellers to make the needed repairs and provide all of the documentation. He was awesome about checking in to make sure that everything was going according to plan. He went above and beyond to make sure this deal went through and that it was the right house for us. He gave his honest opinion of the house's value and was supportive when we refused to increase our offer. I've already recommended him to everyone I know.

He was extremely attentive and responded to every inquiry we had. He made appointments for viewing every single home we were interested in seeing. When we found the one, he helped us through the entire process from putting in a bid all the way through closing. Our home inspection was scheduled the weekend of thanksgiving, and he came just to check in and see how it was going. I spent 6 months searching extensively online, touring many properties, and even bidding on a few of them until I finally had success. Chris was with me through this entire process and was fantastic. He is patient, knowledgeable, punctual, available to work around my busy schedule, and very prompt to reply. He has a keen eye for potential issues with properties, but is open minded and able to see potential as well. He has a great way of being there with guidance and information without ever being impatient or pushy.There are a lot of moving parts and potential irritations in real estate from choosing the right house and agreeing on a fair price to finding lenders, lawyers, and insurance and Chris was able to help me navigate the entire process with a minimum of issues. He not only found a number of excellent apartments for our review, but upon our request was extremely helpful in recommending a number of lawyers and inspectors for our choice. He was very resourceful in helping us overcome a series of obstacles which our bank was having with the Home Owner Association of the apartment we chose. When the bank was not able to reach an agreement with the HOA on an insurance issue, Christopher found us another lender on our request. The second lender gave us a better interest rate than what our bank was offering. I would highly recommend Christopher.

ZillowVERIFIED We arrived in the Buffalo area this year at the beginning of May. We immediately began looking for a house with Chris. We saw lots of houses. Our problem was that there weren't many houses that met our needs (single story, walkable neighborhood, close to shopping, two car garage, preferred laundry on first or second floor). We nearly agreed on a couple of houses, but then changed our minds and backed out. We bid on a couple of houses before we finally found a house we liked and were able to buy. That was in late July. Throughout it all, Chris was always patient and easy to work with. He seemed to know information about almost every neighborhood we visited. He frequently pointed out structural and decor details of the houses we saw, just to make sure we were aware of them. He always helped us evaluate each house, without pressuring us. Chris would always make himself available, even around my crazy schedule and last minute, if I wanted to go see a house. That includes meeting me at my work office to complete paperwork. Chris was able to find me the perfect home within the first couple showings, which says a lot because I am incredibly picky.
