Remax New Millennium Group

We had met with over four Realtors when we started this process but none of them were as responsive as Rogeria aEUR~Reggie Peralta. My wife found her on Dallas Ramseys website. We scheduled an introductory meeting and we hit it off immediately. On the first day that we met and visited homes we found our home. This is when the challenges began, but Reggie wa ready to assist us. Reggie walked us through the process was organized with a checklist and provided next steps and guidance on the little areas. After searching for qualified candidates (attorney, and contractors) Reggie shared her network with us that were knowledgable, professional, courteous, fair, and at a great price. Reggie made what is normally an overwhelming process a smooth transition, as we worked through the hurdles that are commonplace in this process. Reggie is accessible and was very responsive, even with a planned trip abroad she still checked in regularly. After the sale of the property we also realized that we are connected thru a mutual family friend. We all share the same sentiments in that Reggie is a great realtor who has your back and gets the job done!!!!!

Our experience with Rogeria was phenomenal. We were able to see the drastic difference from our first time trying to purchase a house, to our experience with Rogeria. She was straight to the point in asking what we looked for and always sent several options to see , she was always on time and very organized! She communicated and did follow ups on every house and situation that we encompass. We were comfortable through out the whole processes because she explained everything throughly. Communications 10/10 Knowledge 10/10 Overall experience 10/10 Thank you!

Rogeria did an amazing job helping me sell my house while I was living out of the country. She went above and beyond with every step of the process and was always responsive. I got top dollar for my house, more than I ever expected, and could not be more happy. Highly recommended!

Rogeria was incredible throughout the entire home-buying process! She knows her stuff and was always upfront with her professional advice whenever she spotted potential issues with a property. She's an amazing realtor, and I highly recommend working with her!
